Summary * Designs, implements and administers Workday security for global HR systems against best practices and enterprise standards. Responsible for daily security support, evaluation, reporting, monitoring, and documentation of security risks and remediations, and continuous improvement of/for Workday HR security. * Applies a general understanding of the enterprise systems and knowledge of business functions, technologies and processes to execute responsibilities. Principle Duties * Coordinates collaboration with HR Business, compliance, security, and privacy teams on projects related to compliance with global data protection and privacy laws as they pertain to Workday HR security. * Deliver process improvements to mitigate risk, meet business obligations, and regulatory requirements for Workday HR security. * Coordinates incoming audits and assessments, coordinating discussions with appropriate owners and business stakeholders, and ensuring remediation activities meet associated due dates to ensure timely completion. * Develops policies, standards, controls, procedures, and security audits and assessments. * Ensure compliance with RGA Global Security Architecture standards and policies. * The scope of routine activities and tasks in this role will be in support of any security need for Workday HR users - daily security support, implement security for new requests and correct/improve current security design. * Creates and implements effective metrics and monitoring processes * Acts as a resource and impacts the quality of work for colleagues with less experience * Seeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems * Follows Change Management processes to promote changes to Production on approval from business. * Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis as they pertain to * Workday security * Work with 3rd parties and global vendors * Performs other duties as assigned Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/ experience Master’s degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) or professional industry certification like Workday Pro Security Certification and/or Pro Platform Admin Certification preferred Experience * 5+ Years strong relevant experience in Workday HR user, domain, business process, integrations security, reports related security, privacy, audit, controls and regulatory compliance, or related experience * Strong background in Workday platform and Integrations. Technical Requirements REQUIRED/MUST Have skills: * Workday Tenant management. * SSO/Okta configuration * Authentication policies * Strong Technical Documentation skills * Workday HCM * Solid understanding of core HR concepts like hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, data governance, proxy, and authentication policies. * Agile Methodology SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required: * Deep knowledge of business and technology operations; ability to work well within a team setting and maintain a high level of confidentiality * Advanced knowledge of global standards and regulations regarding security. Knowledge of applicable regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, GDPR, DORA, etc. * Demonstrated ability to learn and stay current on Workday HR data privacy, data security, and fraud threats and vulnerabilities and apply in practice. * Quick to adapt to new methods; ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability * Excellent organizational, planning and task management skills with high attention to detail; ability to adjust and communicate changing priorities to project members and work under tight timelines * Advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to set goals, communicate expected outcomes and liase with individuals across a variety of functions and levels * Excellent customer service skills: ability to balance multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a positive attitude * Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus * Advanced oral and written communication skills; ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner and provide regular proactive updates to team members, key stakeholders, up to and including senior level management. Early expertise in deck development and presentation skills Advanced English: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
