Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, or quality assurance, preferably in the banking industry. • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Developer certifications are highly desirable. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration with other banking systems. • Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools, such as Salesforce Test Manager, Test Automation Studio, or similar. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
